The Swivel Wheel Sorter Unit is a modular, high-speed sorting core designed for DWS (Dimensioning, Weighing, Scanning) automated sorting lines. Equipped with adjustable-angle swivel wheels, it accurately diverts parcels to target chutes with gentle handling, minimizing damage while ensuring high throughput. Each unit can serve multiple sorting stations, and multiple units can be combined to build sorting systems with 10+ sorting exits plus 1 NG station, meeting the needs of high-volume e-commerce and logistics sorting.
