Structure and Working Principle
The Z-shaped one-point multi-sorting equipment adopts a unique Z-shaped layout, integrating conveyor belts, multi-sorting units, industrial cameras, and weighing devices, achieving efficient sorting through semi-automated operations. Its working principle is divided into two modes:
1. Electronic platform scale + industrial camera: Packages placed on the electronic platform scale synchronously read weight and barcode information;
2. Conveyor belt + rolling scale + industrial camera: The rolling scale dynamically collects weight during conveying, the industrial camera reads the barcode, and after completion, the package is sent to the sorting unit. The equipment uses Z-shaped sorting units to achieve multi-directional classification guidance, improving space utilization.
