Visual acquisition and processing
Using a binocular camera system, the industrial computer runs vision software to model the package in 3D and identify position, contour, dimensions, and surface features (such as a reflectivity of 10% >).
Data is transmitted via TCP protocol, combined with algorithms such as divergence models and separation models to accurately calculate parcel movement trajectories and separation strategies.
Separation of control and execution
The device adjusts the conveyor belt speed via a hard-trigger line linkage control module (adjustable from 1.2-2m/s, with the third image showing up to 2.2m/s), achieving dynamic separation and centering of packages.
The separation success rate ≥99%, unaffected by package clutter.
Application scenarios
Widely used at the front end of logistics centers, it is especially suitable for multi-product, highly mixed parcel sorting scenarios (such as e-commerce warehouses and express transfer centers), serving as an important foundational device for building an "unmanned sorting chain."
