Core Features of the Equipment  

This dynamically adjustable conveyor system is specifically designed for use in the courier, e-commerce, and logistics industries. Its length can be freely adjusted through a telescopic mechanism (with a maximum extension of 17 meters). Additionally, a hydraulic lifting device allows the conveyor to adjust its height by 0–±5°, enabling it to adapt to different loading/discharging platform heights. This significantly reduces labor costs (by up to 1/3) and increases efficiency (twice that of manual handling), while also minimizing damage to goods during transportation.  

Structure and Technical Specifications 

Structure

- Main Frame: Constructed from a blue platform frame. The front features yellow warning lights and control buttons. The sides are equipped with telescopic black conveyor belts.  

- Key Components:  

- Drive System: Powered by SEW or Chengbang brand reduction motors, equipped with braking functionality.  

- Belt Storage Device: Stores excess conveyor belts and enables dynamic length adjustment.  

- Lifting Mechanism: Hydraulically controlled, allowing the extended end to be raised to a height of 0–±5°.

Conveyor Belt:  

Material: PVC or PVK conveyor belt, durable and corrosion-resistant, suitable for various packaging requirements of parcels.  

Width: Standard 600–800 mm; can be customized up to 1000 mm.  

Load capacity: Up to 60 kg/m, ideal for handling bagged, boxed, and bulk materials.
