1. Product Overview

- Frame: The standard frame is made of high-quality carbon steel through integral welding. After sandblasting and plastic spraying anti-rust treatment, it is sturdy, durable and high load-bearing. For special working conditions such as high humidity, clean environment and corrosive atmosphere, full stainless steel frame is optional to meet hygiene and anti-corrosion standards of food and pharmaceutical industries. Equipped with adjustable support legs, the installation height can be fine-tuned to realize precise connection with front and rear conveying equipment.

- Conveyor Belt: Standard equipped with wear-resistant PVC belt. Food-grade PU belt, anti-static belt, anti-slip belt, oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant belt are available for selection. The belt features flat surface, good toughness and crack resistance, which prevents materials from slipping and damage. Anti-deviation limit structure is installed on both sides to keep the belt running in the center during long-term continuous operation.

- Drive System: It is equipped with variable frequency motor and tapered turning rollers, featuring high transmission efficiency and uniform power output. The whole drive system runs smoothly. The conveying speed can be adjusted freely according to production rhythm. The machine starts and stops steadily without impact, avoiding material tipping and displacement.

- Guiding & Tensioning Mechanism: Professional guiding components and automatic tensioning devices are built inside, which can compensate belt tension changes in real time. It fundamentally eliminates common problems such as belt slack, deviation and abnormal noise, and greatly reduces equipment failure rate.
